Visiting Us for the First Time?

Here’s Everything You Need to Know!

If you want to schedule a tour, please call our clinic first. We advise you to leave your dog at home during the tour as there may be client dogs in for their sessions. We kindly ask for your patience as we respect their time with us.

Please be on time for your appointments. We have a tight schedule and work with other clients from hour to hour.

Please always keep your dog on a leash. We strongly advise against using retractable leashes. Please remove your outdoor footwear at the door and put on your “indoor” footwear.

Make sure your dog has relieved himself before entering our facility. Kindly pick up after your dog and place it in the waste container outside our door.

Veterinary Information

All dogs are required to have vet consent form filled in by your vet before the initial visit.

For dogs doing a session in the pool, you can bring towels, life jackets, treats and toys to the pool area. Reminder: Please don’t feed your dog within 3 hours of his pool visit.

We require dogs’ nails to be cut short and rounded as we can get badly scratched as he/she swims.

When you brush your dog before you visit, always remove burrs or other foreign matter.

What to Do During Pool Accidents?

Pool accidents are rare but they often happen to older dogs or one with neurological deficit. Sometimes these dogs will get overly excited while in the pool and poop in the water. If this happens, we need to disinfect the pool and the entire system. As a result, we have to charge you with a $200 fee.

To avoid accidents, please make sure your dog has taken care of his bathroom needs. If your dog has paralysis, we recommend using water diapers. If your dog is here for massage, please check in at the front desk.

Thank you for following our guidelines!
